There are many challenges that face all industries that work within schools and nurseries. The movement of data and security of images are an important part of the school photographers’ role. We have been innovating the way that we approach all aspects of working practice in our schools from the beginning; now with the launch of the school portal we are going the extra mile.
The security of data is right at the top of our agenda, and the School Portal will ensure we use the best possible ways for a school to send and receive information and photographs.
We have been supplying staff ID for many years as part of our service with named badges, staff boards and prints. Tom took over the responsibility in 2016 for ensuring that we were as efficient as possible, meaning a hassle-free experience for you, the school. In the new portal schools will be able to take full control of the process and place orders directly, without the need for emails moving back and forth, and of course, Tom is on hand to help guide everyone through the process!
We are delighted with the development of this platform so far but this is just the starting point for our Portal, and there is no shortage of ideas for the development program that will make everyone’s life that little bit easier and hassle-free.
